Enter at least one course with credits and a grade point to see your GPA.
GPA is calculated as a weighted average: GPA = Σ(Credits × Grade) / Σ(Credits). Each course contributes proportionally to its credit hours. A 4-credit course has more impact than a 3-credit course. The standard US scale assigns A = 4.0, A− = 3.7, B+ = 3.3, B = 3.0, and so on down to F = 0. Courses with 0 credits are excluded from the calculation.
Three courses: Course 1 (3 credits, grade 3.7), Course 2 (4 credits, grade 3.3), Course 3 (3 credits, grade 4.0). Total quality points = (3 × 3.7) + (4 × 3.3) + (3 × 4.0) = 11.1 + 13.2 + 12.0 = 36.3. Total credits = 10. GPA = 36.3 / 10 = 3.63.
